Based in ICC Macmillan India’s New Delhi office, as Senior Vice President, Book Services, Neeraj’s primary responsibilities will be operations, growth, and profitability of this company. Neeraj is now responsible for resource mobilization, utilization, and training; coordinates with sales and marketing teams; and ensures that our current high level of customer-service satisfaction continues to expand. “I am looking forward to my new assignment and to being among the largest book services suppliers globally,” said Malhotra.
