The project manager’s top priorities are ensuring a quality product, on-time delivery, and budgetary control. We juggle schedules, act as liaisons with the authors, and keep the workflow focused. We provide written weekly status reports and give you the opportunity to review and approve all key deliverables. Our project managers are proactive, emailing or calling the client whenever questions arise.
